Richard Oliver Constuctions NT

ROC NT is an energetic, young, and innovative building company focusing on the detail and design that reflect our tropical lifestyles.

Principles

The construction of any project should go beyond good workmanship. It’s an investment from everyone involved and everyone should stand back and admire all that they do. As Builders we are determined by our reputation, communication, execution, and commitment. The essence of valuing good people and building long lasting relationships is the measure for everything we do – The precedence for how and who we are.

01.Process orientated

We continuously focus on process that facilitates true collaboration and building excellence. We start and finish with the details that matter.

02. Project focused

Ensuring we only take on a small number of projects at any one time we open the doors to a highly personalised and positive experience for the entire project team, client, and ourselves.

03. Supporting local

Our loyalty through collaboration with our local suppliers is translated through our work with long lasting relationships and service from the manufacturer to the project doorstep.

History

Richard’s passion for architecture stemmed from his mother as a young child. In 2009 Richard Oliver Constructions was established and Richard’s Carpentry journey began.

In 2013 Richard and Paula moved the business to Darwin in an opportunistic move to chase the sunshine. It didn’t take long for them both to fall in love with Darwin and its relaxed lifestyle. They had two beautiful daughters and in 2019 ROC NT was formed in a direct attempt to build a better building experience for its clients and restore what was seen to be lost in the general building industry in Darwin and surrounds.

Richard’s passion for building and improving the existing home market continues to drive the business forward on their quest to set a new benchmark for overall excellence within Darwin’s residential home building market.
