To help us gauge a better understanding of your build before our first face to face consultation we will ask you a series of questions such as these.
Are there any easements on your property?
What is your budget?
When would you like to commence your project?
Do you plan on living in the building whilst the project takes place?
Are you wanting design and drafting?
Have you renovated or built before?
Do you have a copy of plans of your house?
Step 3.

Step 4.
Preliminary Documents and First stage Contract Signing
After discussing your project, you will be provided with a Preliminary Document pack. This will include a Price Guide tailored to your project that will be an essential aid in budgeting your project as accurately as possible. The Price Guide is based on the floor area (m2) of your new project, and is presented as a lump sum cost. Large provisional costs such as a Kitchen or Pool addition will be itemised, to help you consider the extent of your budget and your 'must-have' goals. In this way, our Price Guide enables you to select from varying levels of finish, tailored to your budget.
The Preliminary Document pack includes:
Price Guide,
Secured Build Date
ROC Guarantee and T&Cs
Examples and definitions of everything you need to know when building or renovating
An example of a progress payment schedule
List of our insurances
Authority to Proceed Form (ATP)
After assessing the Preliminary Documents and your experience so far, you will be asked to sign the The Authority to Proceed Form before Step 5 can commence. We encourage you to call us and discuss any questions or concerns - peace of mind is paramount while your dream comes together!
This process has been refined to provide you with transparency and an assurance of authenticity. We strive to create an open book approach to building and collaborate closely with our prospective and engaged clients.

Step 9.
Pre-Construction
Finalisation of selections and finishes is the key to ensuring an efficient build and minimising any unforeseen financial costs or time delays along the way.
Once these details are finalised we can now prepare and sign the Building Contract in the contract is a fixed build price, progress payment schedule and a table outlining any inclusions, exclusions or specific special conditions already approved and agreed by both parties. The Building Contract also stimulates any Prime Cost or Provisional Sums that may be included in the build.
The next part of pre-construction is gathering and preparing the building permit, this includes obtaining Residential Building Cover better known as fidelity insurance under Master Builders NT
Step 10.
Construction commences
During the construction process you will be invited to several meetings on site to inspect and watch your build become a reality.
Step 11.
Hand over and aftercare
Towards the end of the project, we begin to undertake our thorough defecting process to ensure your home is faultless.
Richard himself will undertake this process with his fastidious attention to detail.
